97 Ashby Road

A traditional garden with pond. The garden catches windy conditions which can cause problems.

3 Orchard Close This small garden on two levels has a sunny area with mixed herbaceous borders and a shady area with mainly green all year round planting.
66 Main Street A gradually evolving garden of mixed planting.
64 Main Street
Through the door to the little haven.
49 Main Street A split-level cottage garden with decked stream. Alison is a professional landscape architect and will be happy to talk to you about any garden or landscape design issues you may have.
44 Main Street This small garden, which is 14 years old, has evolved and changed always with wildlife in mind. It is often more of a wild garden rather than a wildlife garden, yet it is a haven for the birds that visit and is a peaceful sanctuary for both wildlife and humans alike – enjoy
'Vine House' 24 Main Street A small cottage garden with roses and other traditional cottage garden plants.
'Orchard House' 2 Main Street An eclectic mix of formal and informal planting with an emphasis on creating a haven for those who visit this garden.
Harley House Gardens

Mature trees & shrubs form the framework to this mature garden within which there still remain elemants of a 'work-in-progress'

The exhibition in Harley Hall will be accompanied in the garden of Harley House by instructions on how to make a simple bee nest for your own garden.

2 Dawsons Road A new garden in the process of development and growth
29 Dawsons Road This rear garden has two sections. The first has a lawn with borders set with shrubs and summer bedding plants. The second section has a split level decking area and split level miniature garden walls which are both low maintenance.
Hill Park Farm, Dodgeford Lane

A short ride out of the village, but well worth the trip (Hill Park Farm is also open this year as part of the National Garden Scheme). A large attractive garden with rock garden, shrubs, lawn and herbaceous border. Views over Charnwood Forest.

Travel to Hill Park Farm by car. Turn right out of Osgathorpe onto Ashby Road (B5324). Pass the Stockyard pub (now closed) and after ¼ mile turn left into Dodgeford Lane. The entrance to Hill Park Farm is ¼ mile on the left.
